Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking Orders
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking details.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery.

- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to handling fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact our support team and we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments

- Take clear photographs of the packaging and contents.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting photos.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the recipient may be subject to return shipping charges, customs fees, and restocking fees where applicable.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Customers should ensure that the delivery location is secure and accessible.
