Return & Refunds Policy
At Precision Steroids, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of health, wellness, and consumable products, returns are generally only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item was received damaged.
- The incorrect item was received.
- The product arrived defective.
- The order was incomplete due to an error on our part.
To be eligible for review, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Perishable goods
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Return Request Process
To initiate a return request:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order number.
- Include photographs of the item and packaging.
- Explain the reason for the return request.
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when:
- A return request has been approved.
- The item cannot be replaced.
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
- A duplicate payment was processed.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Please note that financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Replacement Policy
Where possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement eligibility is determined after review of the submitted claim and supporting documentation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
- Shipping costs associated with refused deliveries are not refundable.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to working with customers to resolve issues whenever possible.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or delivery issues.
